Aarsleff Ground Engineering, one of the UK’s leading foundation contractors, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ashley Carter as new Technical Estimator.
Ashley’s primary role will be to build the company’s sheet piling business, which has enormous potential in the UK market; with the goal of taking it forward in-line with Aarsleff’s other strategic group and UK objectives. A specialist role, Ashely will work closely with Aarsleff’s technical team, operational team and management team to positon Aarsleff in the sheet piling market.
Speaking about his appointment Kevin Hague, General Manager at Aarsleff said: “The sheet piling business is an area in which we have considerable expertise, but we have not been particularly active in this sector in recent year. Ashley’s appointment and vast previous experience in the sheet piling industry will strengthen our proposition considerably and allow Aarsleff to capitalise on the many opportunities this sector presents.”
Ashely joins Aarsleff from Aspin Group and prior to this Ivor King and Van Elle, which combined have allowed him to gain an enormous amount of knowledge in terms of estimating and technical capability within the sheet piling and wider foundation industry.
