A fundamental component of building projects
Aarsleff’s work is a fundamental component of building projects, having provided the foundations and geotechnical expertise for many schemes including nursing and care homes, MOD buildings, Schools and Universities, and small or large-sized residential developments.
Geotechnical services
Our engineers welcome the chance to work with project designers from early stages to ensure a value engineered option incorporating optimal performance to meet design load demands and programme. Aarsleff provides its clients with a comprehensive range of specialist geotechnical services required for the planning, design, and implementation of ground engineering projects, as well as to manage the ground risks associated with all residential projects. Typical techniques employed on residential projects range from King Post Walls and Sheet Piling to Driven Precast Concrete Piles and CFA.
Light axial loadings are used for housing and the flexibility of our precast concrete piling system and efficient piling rigs provide us with numerous options for tailoring foundation solutions to meet our housing clients specific wishes.
Planning a site
We’re confident that using Aarsleff as your ground engineering contractor we can assist in alleviating some of the elements mentioned.
We price our work competitively and, as we install predominantly precast, reinforced concrete piles manufactured by our sister company Centrum, we offer a quality tested product to the highest standards.
Precast concrete piles are a very sustainable solution, generating no spoil or arising from the installation means a reduction in site traffic for removal and disposal of waste.
Aarsleff has many years of experience as piling contractors to the residential sector, installing piles for the construction of private and public sector housing schemes, student accommodation, residential care facilities and assisted living developments.
