A senior appointment, Neil will be heading up the Company’s Ground Engineering bid team for major infrastructure projects including High Speed 2 (HS2), as well as exploring and securing opportunities across the wider Civil Engineering & Infrastructure sector. Neil joins Aarsleff from Cementation Skanska where during his 11 years he held a number of different roles and latterly was Operations Director for London & Major Projects. He has worked on many prestigious infrastructure projects in London and the South of England, including the M1 (J6A-10) and A2 widening; several sections of the Crossrail scheme in London; Borough Viaduct and Bermondsey Dive Under on the Thameslink Upgrade project and the East West Rail project.

Speaking about his new role Neil said:

“I am looking forward to my new position as it brings fresh challenges as well as opportunities for Aarsleff. I will be hitting the ground running and capitalising on Aarsleff’s already established piling and geotechnical reputation in other sectors and porting it to the infrastructure sector, communicating our expertise, products and service offering to key specifiers.”

Chris Primett, Managing Director of Aarsleff added:

“Neil is a great addition to the team and as Head of Civil Engineering & Infrastructure occupies an important role for the Company as it moves forward strategically over the next few years. Infrastructure presents so many opportunities for Aarsleff and I am confident that with Neil at the helm we will be able to capitalise on these to the full.”
