Aarsleff Ground Engineering, one of the UK’s leading driven precast foundations contractors, has launched a new Construction CPD Certified presentation entitled ‘Leading the Way in Driven Piling’, designed to address the complex and often misunderstood topic of driven piling.
Using real-world example installations, the 45-minute seminar takes the engineer through all aspects of driven piling, explaining the many benefits and applications, as well as their specification and installation across the widest variety of projects.
Speaking about new CPD, Kevin Hague, General Manager, Aarsleff Ground Engineering said: “The recent popularity of off-site construction, due to its many benefits from cost-savings to environmental sensitivity, has been matched by a renewed interest in the use of driven piles. This CPD builds on this interest by exploring some of the latest innovative uses of driven piles, such as raking, as well as bringing the engineer up-to-speed with some of the technical considerations behind the technique to allow their correct specification.”
The CPD seminar is available on request for presentation at client’s offices and with all materials, handouts and literature provided. A 15-minutes question and answer session will follow the CPD seminar, and refreshments will also be provided.
