Aarsleff Ground Engineering were awarded the contract by Wates Construction on behalf of Calderdale Council, for the construction of a new Primary School in Halifax, including a new sports area. Paul Dodsworth, Business Unit Director, Wates Construction North East and Yorkshire, said: “We’re very happy to be working with Calderdale Council on the redevelopment of these two schools”

It is expected that the new schools will be completed in time for the new term in September 2018.
King Post Walls can be designed to Eurocode 7 or British standards and can be analysed in the temporary or permanent conditions. The design life of a King Post Wall is generally 50 years or more depending on the requirements.
