Arrival on site was met with a slower start than anticipated, with a lack of information meaning the delivery team were not able to progress as quickly as initially expected.

The Project Delivery Team maintained high standards of communication both with the client and between project management and site in order to progress forward.

Hard work put in throughout by the site team meant that despite delays, timelines created at the tender stage were met and even surpassed in some cases.

Case Study

The site crews worked tirelessly to make up for lost hours surpassing tender targets when possible. The efforts of Paul Gulliver and the site team were great and very much appreciated.
