SCOPE OF WORKS 5090nr. precast concrete piles/72,278m of precast piles installed EQUPMENT x4 Junttan PM20/22 Rigs

CONSTRUCTION PERIOD January – May 2022

The 5090nr. 250mm type 4 piles were driven through made ground founding on mudstone at depths ranging between 13 to 16m; with small areas founding in stiff clays at 8m, installed utilising 4 No. PM20/22 piling rigs.

Arrival on site was met with a slower start than anticipated,with a lack of information meaning the delivery team were not able to progress as quickly as initially expected.

The Project Delivery Team maintained high standards of communication both with the client and between project management and site in order to progress forward.

Hard work put in throughout by the site team meant that despite delays, timelines created at the tender stage were met and even surpassed in some cases.
