Aarsleff celebrates 25 years

This month we celebrate our 25th Anniversary operating in the UK. This significant milestone falls in a very dynamic period for us, with the Senior Management team maintaining focus on growth and diversification in building a competitive specialist contractor company in the UK. To mark the anniversary, we will be hosting an internal staff event for our colleagues to celebrate this exciting occasion. To demonstrate our appreciation, we would also like to give something back to the communities where we live and work.

All money raised on the day will be donated to Beaumond House Hospice, which is a charity organisation local to our head office in Newark, Nottinghamshire. Beaumond House Community Hospice is committed to providing supportive palliative care to patients with life limiting or terminal illnesses and their families living in Newark & district, since 1987. Each year they provide care for over 500 patients and support to their families, caring for around 150 patients at any one time. We are delighted to be supporting their charity as part of our 25th Anniversary celebrations.

Throughout the past 25 years, it has constantly been reconfirmed that if you provide the best client service to clients under the umbrella of good relationships, with happy, motivated staff, profit generally looks after itself. This continues to be a main focus of our business today. Our company ensures that staff are always provided with the opportunities to grow and develop and we have been very fortunate to have the support of a committed, local and talented team of people who have contributed to the growth of Aarsleff.

From our beginnings, our core values of Safety, Integrity, Quality and Service were integral to our culture, and now 25 years later these values still remain paramount to our success. Our expertise as Ground Engineers is evidenced not only by our 25 years in UK construction and our staff of qualified Design Engineers and expert site staff, but in the decades of satisfied customers who have come to expect nothing but the best from Aarsleff Ground Engineering.

Our Managing Director Chris Primett says that “Whilst it is impossible to look forward 25 years from now, our aim year on year is to diversify the business across geotechnical sectors providing growth in turnover whilst increasing efficiencies to provide enhanced profits.”
