Step into the Blue – Our Culture
We live by the ethos that culture eats core values for breakfast, which is why we’ve designed ‘Step into the Blue’ as the framework for our company’s day to day lives. Our model is to increase employee freedom as we grow, rather than limit it, to continue to attract and nourish effective people, so we all have a better chance of long-term continued success. Results matter more than where we produce them.
Core Values
We operate under three core values, derived from our origins in Denmark in 1947, founded by Danish engineer Per Aarsleff. Though Per is no longer with us, his values live on today. It is by these values that we recruit and reward the best talent in the industry, what we refer to as ‘the blue in you’.
Life and Health:
