Aarsleff Ground Engineering is pleased to announce the launch of Endura‑Line®, a long‑wear protection solution engineered for the realities of piling, drilling and ground engineering environments. Fabricated entirely in‑house by Aarsleff’s Plant & Fabrication team and available exclusively across the UK and Europe, Endura‑Line® has been designed to give augers and other high‑wear components a far more durable and reliable working life.
Built to withstand the constant abrasion that defines ground engineering operations, Endura‑Line® provides a resilient protective layer that allows tooling to stay productive for significantly longer periods. Its advanced wear‑resistant construction is engineered to deliver a minimum of ten times the wear life of traditional hard‑facing, helping operators maintain consistent performance on challenging ground while reducing the operational and financial disruption associated with reactive maintenance.
“Endura‑Line® brings a smarter, more efficient way of working to the equipment our industry relies on every day,” said Kevin Hague, Managing Director at Aarsleff Ground Engineering. “Our teams see first‑hand the impact of abrasion on tooling, and this solution provides a dependable defence against that wear, supporting predictable delivery across a wide range of ground conditions.”
Because Endura‑Line® is fabricated in‑house, Aarsleff maintains complete control over its performance, durability and fitment, ensuring a precise and dependable product from design through to installation. The protection it offers extends across a wide spectrum of equipment, from CFA and displacement/RI augers to core barrels, grabs, buckets, VSC units, excavator attachments, and other components that typically experience accelerated wear on site. If it takes punishment in daily use, Endura‑Line® is designed to help it last longer.
Early adopters have already seen the difference Endura‑Line® can make. In recent project applications, contractors achieved extended drilling periods without the need for hard‑facing, enabling teams to maintain workflow without interruption and avoid hidden costs linked to downtime, mobile welding requirements and rescheduled operations. These benefits are particularly valuable in busy or constrained urban settings, where reducing vehicle movements and eliminating maintenance delays can improve both sustainability and local impact.
Endura‑Line® is now available directly from Aarsleff Ground Engineering, with demonstrations and technical guidance offered through the company’s specialist teams.
