Estimator
Estimators are responsible for the preparation of prices, estimates and tender submissions for our customer’s enquiries. They secure contracts and negotiate with prospective clients, enhancing working relationships with our customers.
Design Engineer
Design engineers work on preparing the actual solution we will install. With over 40 different ground engineering techniques on offer at Aarsleff, they focus in on adding value for our customers through what we call value-engineering. This aims to give our clients the most cost-effective, streamlined, and environmentally friendly solution possible.
Contracts Engineer/Project Manager
Our contract engineers and project managers are responsible for seeing our project through from tender win to payment. They ensure everything is running smoothly and liaise with the client’s project manager to ensure all goes to plan.
Supervisor
Site supervisors oversee the day to day running of our construction sites. They ensure Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental aspects of our works are carried out to meet and often exceed the clients’ needs and expectations.
Rig / Plant Operator
Operators are responsible for the actual operation of our plant and machinery. They operate our piling & drilling rigs, telehandlers, and excavators, working to install our solutions on site.
Piling Rig Attendant
A Rig attendants and rig operators work closely together. The rig attendant provides signals and instruction to the operator to ensure the safe movement of plant and machinery around site. Good communication skills and teamwork are required for this role and they’ve often got an eye for detail.
General Operative
Our general operatives cover a range of tasks on site. Working as part of the installation teams, slinger signallers or grout mixing plant operatives to name but a few. They are integral to the daily operations and are the face of our company on site.
But jobs with a contractor don’t end on site – we have a huge range of support teams from plant, to HR, to marketing, accounts, and IT. Our directors and managers oversee the business strategy and our admin ensure everything in the office runs as it should.
