If you thought networking events only happen in the evening over cocktails, you’d be wrong.
It’s true — the majority of networking events take place at night, in a bar or at a reception. Although this model works, it’s not the only way to get guests networking. We believe that a networking breakfast from Aarsleff fuels guests for the day ahead, especially before a long day of meetings.
We hosted our networking event in the North East, held at our base in Newcastle. The event gave an opportunity to discuss techniques and methods employed by Aarsleff Ground Engineering, and also a great opportunity to meet and greet the Aarsleff team, alongside a network of like-minded construction and engineering professionals from across the region.
Kevin Doyle, Aarsleff’s Head of Business Development, opened up the event with an introductory presentation to the company and discussed a variety of techniques and projects delivered by Aarsleff Ground Engineering. This followed with a lively question and answer session, a hearty breakfast, and some valuable time for networking.
Just a quick line to thank you for your time yesterday and the delivery of a very informative presentation. In all honesty I had gone to the presentation thinking that it would be of no use to us, how wrong was I? With no prior knowledge of Aarsleff at all, I left the presentation both well informed and rather impressed. As multi-disciplined companies go, you guys have to be right up there – Neil Jennings, Key Account Manager, Mabey
